• Valid trading licence for the current year
• Ability to pick, pack and hand over grocery orders within 45 minutes
• Accurate, regularly-updated stock levels to avoid out-of-stock cancellations
• A fixed physical location within a supported delivery zone

2 How it works

1. 1 Complete the business registration form with your store details.
2. 2 Upload your trading licence and business documents.
3. 3 Pay the one-time registration fee.
4. 4 Once approved, upload your product catalogue — bulk CSV upload available from your dashboard.
5. 5 Keep stock counts current; frequent out-of-stock cancellations affect your store ranking.
