1 Eligibility

• A genuine, demonstrable skill in one of the supported categories (design, development, writing, marketing, video, consulting)
• A portfolio or samples of past work
• Ability to meet agreed delivery timelines
• National ID or passport for identity verification

2 How it works

1. 1 Complete the business registration form with your skills and portfolio details.
2. 2 Upload your identification and portfolio/work samples.
3. 3 Pay the one-time registration fee.
4. 4 Once approved, list your gigs with fixed pricing.
5. 5 Clients pay upfront into escrow; you are paid on delivery confirmation — disputes are resolved by the Zuma team within 48 hours.
