1 Eligibility

• Valid, current pharmacy licence from your country's Pharmacy & Poisons Board (or equivalent regulator)
• A registered, practising pharmacist or pharmaceutical technologist responsible for the premises
• Physical premises inspected and licensed for retail pharmacy operations
• Controlled substances handling complies with national regulations — no exceptions
• Ability to fulfil and dispatch verified prescriptions within 30 minutes

2 How it works

1. 1 This is the most strictly verified partner category on Zuma — please have all documents ready before starting.
2. 2 Complete the business registration form with your pharmacy and pharmacist-in-charge details.
3. 3 Upload your pharmacy licence, premises certificate, and the responsible pharmacist's practising certificate.
4. 4 Pay the one-time registration fee to submit for review.
5. 5 Our compliance team verifies your licence directly with the regulator before approval — this can take up to 5 working days.
6. 6 Controlled/prescription medicines will always require a verified prescription upload from the customer — this cannot be disabled per-partner.
