1 Eligibility

• Registered as a real estate agent/agency where a local licensing regime applies
• Written authority from the property owner for every listing you post
• No history of fraudulent listings or unresolved buyer/tenant disputes
• Every viewer can rate you after a viewing — agents with poor ratings are delisted

2 How it works

1. 1 Complete the business registration form with your agency details.
2. 2 Upload your agent licence (where applicable) and identification.
3. 3 Pay the one-time registration fee.
4. 4 Every listing you submit is verified before going live — have owner authority letters ready per property.
5. 5 Zuma does not charge buyers/tenants "viewing fees" — commission is earned transparently on completed transactions.
