1 Eligibility

• Registered business (sole proprietorship, partnership, or limited company)
• Valid food handling / health certificate for your kitchen
• A physical, fixed kitchen or food preparation location
• Ability to prepare orders within 30 minutes during peak hours
• At least one working phone number for order notifications

2 How it works

1. 1 Complete the business registration form with your restaurant details.
2. 2 Upload your food-safety and business documents for verification.
3. 3 Pay the one-time registration fee.
4. 4 Our team reviews your kitchen documents and menu within 24–48 hours.
5. 5 Once approved, add your menu, prices and photos from your partner dashboard.
6. 6 Start receiving orders — track them live and manage availability in-app.

3 Required documents

Have these ready before you start — clear photos or PDF scans, all details legible.

• Business registration certificate or trading licence
• Food handling / health certificate for the kitchen
• National ID of the business owner or authorised contact
• Tax PIN certificate (if registered for tax)
• Menu with prices (photo or PDF)
• Photos of the kitchen/premises
