• Genuine products you can consistently supply and fulfil
• Ability to dispatch orders within 48 hours
• A return/refund policy that meets Zuma's buyer-protection standards
• No counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items

2 How it works

1. 1 Complete the business registration form with your store and contact details.
2. 2 Upload your business and identity documents for verification.
3. 3 Pay the one-time registration fee.
4. 4 Once approved, set up your storefront: product photos, pricing, and stock levels.
5. 5 Orders are held in escrow and released to you once delivery is confirmed by the buyer.
6. 6 Maintain a healthy rating — repeated late dispatch or unresolved disputes can lead to suspension.
