• Motorcycle registered and roadworthy, with a passenger helmet and reflective jacket
• Third-party or comprehensive insurance covering commercial use

3. 3 Pay the one-time registration fee to submit for review.
4. 4 Verification takes 24–48 hours; you can then go online for rides, deliveries or both.
