Join Zuma as a Property Owner

List your property for rent or sale with verified, escrow-protected transactions.

1 Eligibility

  • Legal ownership of the property, or written authority to let/sell it on the owner's behalf
  • Property must be physically inspected and verified before the listing goes live
  • Accurate photos and description — misrepresented listings are removed
  • Willingness to use Zuma's escrow deposit system for tenant protection

2 How it works

  1. 1 Complete the business registration form with your property portfolio details.
  2. 2 Upload proof of ownership or letting authority.
  3. 3 Pay the one-time registration fee.
  4. 4 A Zuma field agent schedules a physical inspection before your listing goes live — this protects both you and prospective tenants/buyers.
  5. 5 Deposits are held in escrow and released to you once the lease/sale is signed.

3 Required documents

Have these ready before you start — clear photos or PDF scans, all details legible.

  • Title deed or lease agreement proving ownership/letting authority
  • National ID or passport of the property owner
  • KRA PIN / tax certificate (for rental income compliance)
  • Recent photos of the property (interior and exterior)
  • Letter of authority if listing on behalf of the owner
