1 Eligibility

• Registered transport company or licensed bus owner
• Valid PSV / commercial passenger licence for every bus
• Comprehensive passenger insurance
• A boarding office or agent at each terminal

2 How it works

1. 1 Register your company and pay the listing fee.
2. 2 Add your buses, routes and timetables from the operator console (or we do it for you).
3. 3 Bookings and payments come through Zuma; you are settled net of commission.
4. 4 Check passengers in with the QR ticket at boarding.
