1 Eligibility

• Ambulance licensed by the relevant health / transport authority
• Crew includes at least one EMT / paramedic or nurse
• Basic life-support equipment on board (oxygen, stretcher, first-aid kit)
• Valid insurance covering patient transport

2 How it works

1. 1 Register the operator and the first ambulance (you can add more vehicles from your dashboard).
2. 2 Choose the ambulance class — Basic, Advanced or Mobile ICU.
3. 3 Upload licence, logbook, insurance and the crew certification.
4. 4 Once verified, set the ambulance to Available and dispatches start arriving.
