Burners and charcoal: options, pack sizes and order checklist
Accessories are listed separately from home-fragrance products in the JS Perfumes collection. The range includes Burners and Charcoal. Before requesting an accessory, identify the exact listing and check whether it has a size or pack option rather than relying only on the amount shown on a collection card.

Select the charcoal pack you mean
The Charcoal listing has two recorded options: Packet and Box. Its collection-card price range covers those options; it does not mean that both packs have the same price. Open Charcoal, choose your pack and check the selected unit price. Your quantity is the number of the selected packs you want. Ask for the contents or dimensions if you need them and the listing does not state them.
Check burner details before matching products
Compare each burner’s own photographs and description. Do not assume that all burners work in the same way, have the same dimensions or suit every home-fragrance product. Ask about the intended use and any required accessories before ordering. This guide does not replace the manufacturer’s operating or safety instructions.
Keep accessory quantities clear
If you need fragrance, a burner and charcoal, treat them as separate product references in your request unless support confirms a particular bundle. On each product, choose the available option and enter the quantity. Give the delivery country and city, then confirm stock, compatibility where relevant, delivery charges and the final total before arranging payment.
